Why Most Jodhpur Kids Lose Marks

Five reasons. We see them every year.

First. Reasoning section. Pattern recognition, analogies, series, spatial logic. Rajasthan board mein yeh portion almost negligible hai. Kids see this format for the first time inside the exam hall and freeze.

AISSEE 2026 - Numbers Jodhpur Parents Should Memorise

Conducted by NTA. Every January.

Class 6: Age 10 to 12 years (as on 31 March of the admission year). Maths 150 marks, Language 50 marks, Intelligence Test 50 marks, General Knowledge 50 marks. Total 300 marks.

Class 9: Age 13 to 15 years (same cutoff date). Maths 100, English 100, Intelligence 50, Science 75, Social Studies 75. Total 400 marks.

Application fees ₹800 General/OBC, ₹650 SC/ST. Forms open on NTA portal around October-November. Jodhpur ke nearest exam centres - Jodhpur city, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ajmer.

The 31 March cutoff is strict. Even one day older. Full year wait. DOB abhi check kar lijiye, before reading further.

Western Rajasthan Coverage

Online batches reach everywhere. We have students from across Marwar and beyond.

Jodhpur city - Sardarpura, Ratanada, Paota, Chopasni, Pal Road, Shastri Nagar, Cantonment area. Daily travel ki zaroorat nahi.

Western districts - Jaisalmer, Barmer, Bikaner, Pali, Sirohi, Nagaur. Daily travel from these places to a Jodhpur center is impossible for a 10-year-old. Online removes that problem completely.

Cross-state - Pali border ke paas se some Gujarat families also join. Same online batch, same teachers, same Sunday mocks reach everyone.

When To Start (And When You Are Already Late)

Honest answer: April. May at the latest.

Eight months of structured preparation before a January exam. Content covered by August. Mock tests through September-October. Refinement through November-December. The bachha walks into the exam hall calm.

Families who call in October - we still try, koshish karte hain. But three months ka compressed version genuinely difficult hai. Content, mocks, weak-area work, all online modules ko ek saath consume karna - bachha hamesha catching up. That rushed feeling stays till the paper.

The April-start kids and the October-start kids write the same exam. The experience inside the hall is completely different.
