The name means forest of honey.

Madhubani. Madhu - honey. Bani - forest. A district named for sweetness, sitting right against the Nepal border, home to one of the most recognised art forms in the world.

And yet when it comes to AISSEE - a district with 4.4 million people, 21 blocks, families with real ambition for their children - the preparation gap here is as wide as anywhere in Bihar.

Bihar's two Sainik Schools - at Nalanda and Gopalganj - reserve 67% of seats for Bihar domicile students. Madhubani families have a structural advantage. They aren't using it fully.

Why not? Not intelligence. Not effort.

The Method Problem

AISSEE is not a harder version of school exams. It tests different things entirely.

The Intelligence section - analogies, patterns, spatial reasoning, number series - exists nowhere in any school textbook in Madhubani, or anywhere in Bihar. A child from Benipatti or Bisfi who has never specifically practised this will see it in January for the very first time. Under time pressure. In an exam hall.

That's not a test of intelligence. That's a test of preparation.

GK in AISSEE goes to places school syllabi never go. Maths is framed to mislead - same concepts, completely different format. English, for children from Maithili and Hindi medium schools across Rahika, Basaith, Khajauli - needs systematic work. Not "study harder." Actual vocabulary and comprehension building across months.

Four months of school-style revision doesn't address any of this.

Check the date of birth before anything else. March 31 is absolute. One day past the limit means a full year's wait. This catches families who don't check early. Check it today.
