There's a story about Sasaram that every local knows.

Before proper electrification arrived - around 2007, 2008 - students here used to go to Sasaram Railway Junction at night to study. Indian Railways had 24-hour power supply. So children sat under platform lights and prepared for competitive exams.

What Sasaram Families Actually Need

Bihar's Sainik Schools - Nalanda and Gopalganj - both reserve 67% of seats for domicile students. Rohtas district families aren't competing against Tamil Nadu or Rajasthan. Just Bihar.

That's a real advantage. But it only converts into a selection if the child clears the exam.

GK in AISSEE goes to corners that Class 5 textbooks don't reach. Maths questions are designed with misleading framing - the concept is familiar, the format isn't. English, for children from Bhojpuri and Hindi medium schools in Nokha or Dawath - needs deliberate, structured building over months.

Months. Not weeks.

A child who starts in April has eight months. A child who starts in October has three. Same exam. Very different children walking into that hall.

Check the date of birth right now. Before continuing. March 31 is the hard line. A child who turns 13 on April 2 cannot appear for Class 9 that year. Families in Bikramganj, Nasriganj, Chenari miss this every cycle. Don't be one of them.
