The Exam Behind the Admission - AISSEE

Every seat at a Sainik School goes through one door: the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam (AISSEE ↗), conducted by NTA every January.

For Class VI, the exam covers Mathematics, General Knowledge, Language, and Intelligence. For Class IX, it covers Mathematics, English, Intelligence, General Science, and Social Studies.

The paper is OMR-based, objective-type, and 150 minutes long. Speed matters as much as accuracy. Students who haven't done serious timed practice almost always run short - even when they know the content.
